House Valuations | Chartered Surveyors

We do valuations for a wide variety of residential and commercial property.  Our charges for providing a RICS valuation are normally based on the size of a property and we would be happy to discuss this with you. However, as a guide, we would normally charge 0.00195% of the capital valuation of the property (virtual freehold value).  This would typically be for mortgage purposes or open market valuations.

This can either be done at the same time as a survey or as a separate task. We do not normally (unless requested) provide valuations when doing property surveys.

If a valuation survey is required at the same time as a defects survey, we will invoice at 30% of our full survey fee, thus recognising that both tasks can be completed at the same time.

We can also do valuations for fire and insurance purposes.
